Giving Brewsday

Programs at the Foundation included lively gatherings such as Giving Brewsday, which brought young professionals and local nonprofits together each year on Giving Tuesday, the national day of giving.

On December 2, 2025, we were thrilled to host our FREE Giving Brewsday event at 5 Church, formerly Five Churches Brewing, located at 193 Arch Street in New Britain, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The event was a relaxed evening where attendees enjoyed good food, great beer, and meaningful connections with nonprofit organizations making a difference in our community.

For those who were unable to give financially, sharing time and talents proved to be just as meaningful. At Giving Brewsday, attendees received a passport listing all participating nonprofit organizations. Guests visited each table, met representatives, and collected stamps along the way. Once passports were filled, participants had the chance to win fun prizes.

Giving Brewsday made it easy and enjoyable to discover new ways to give back. Guests came for the fun, food, and prizes, and left inspired by the good happening throughout our community.
