The Connecticut League of Conservation Voters Education Fund

On October 7, 2025, the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV) established an Agency Endowment Fund with the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain (CFGNB). This permanent fund creates a reliable, long-term source of support for CTLCV’s work protecting Connecticut’s air, water, land, and communities.

What is an Agency Endowment Fund

An Agency Endowment Fund is a permanent pool of capital held by CFGNB that is specifically designated to benefit a charitable organization, in this case, CTLCV. The principal is preserved in perpetuity and invested; each year a portion of the fund’s return is distributed to the organization to support its programs and operations.

An Agency Endowment:
